Message from the Principal

Hello Union Elementary families, friends, community members, and guests!

Welcome to Union Elementary! I am thrilled to be the Principal of a growing community of learners, and am excited about the new faces, new ideas, and endless possibilities that come with our expanding student population.

At Union, we pride ourselves on providing a challenging and nurturing environment where academic rigor and relationship-building go hand-in-hand. Our talented teachers are dedicated to inspiring curiosity, fostering a love of learning, and providing our students with the tools they need to succeed. Every day, they work hard to create an environment where each child can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

A key part of our success lies in the foundation we build with our youngest learners. In Kindergarten through 2nd grade, we lay the groundwork for success by helping students develop the critical skills they need to thrive. By the time they reach 3rd through 5th grade, our students are ready to soar, and we take great pride in watching them fly to new heights.

One of the most important pieces of our academic journey is reading. Reading is the foundation of everything we do, and we encourage all of our students to embrace it. Whether they’re exploring new worlds in a story or solving a math problem, reading unlocks the door to endless opportunities.

Remember, at Union Elementary, the Sun is Always Shining! We are a school where students, staff, and families work together in a spirit of collaboration, support, and joy. Every day is a new chance to grow, learn, and shine.
